Evaluation
Evaluation
The evaluation will be realized in a continuous way because we want to take
into account the different moments:
-Initial: at the beginning of the lesson the teacher evaluates the
students' previous knowledge to prove their level of knowledge.
-Progressive: the teacher evaluates the activities done in class in order
to acquire the planned knowledge.
-Final: teacher evaluates the final results of the procedures that
the students are carried out in class to acquire the necessary knowledge as
well as the understanding and assimilation of them.
Evaluation

Evaluation
techniques and instruments
The evaluation technique we are going to use is "Techniques based on
information" and the instrument that we are going to utilize is a
structured writing test because students must select and identify the correct
answer between a group of them. The children will do this exam on their own
computers, in a platform create by the teacher in which they will have to
answer the questions.
Marking criteria applied
Exam.............50%
Activities.......30%
Attitude........20%
Use the scale card model to evaluate the attitudes and activity of each
student (30% + 20%)
The teacher evaluates students in a continuous way in different sessions.
Teacher notices who students achieve the planned objectives in the scale card
model so teacher can have a register of their progress and finally, at the end
of the trimester teacher can evaluate them
Competences
We have elaborated the different competences that we are going to
include in our didactic unit and that we want that children achieve after the
nine sessions about the Solar System
COMPETENCE IN LANGUAGE COMMUNICATION
Different types of information are presented: expository texts, videos, news, images, etc., that allow reading literacy work. In addition, oral communication skills are developed through activities exchange of views on various topics.
MATHEMATICS COMPETENCE
From knowledge of the environment, mathematical competence through interpretation and the mathematical expression of facts and phenomena work. In the second working cycle is especially related concepts numerical interpretation of the physical world (the measurement of time and distance).
COMPETENCE IN KNOWLEDGE AND INTERACTION WITH THE PHYSICAL WORLD
It is done through critical reflection and responsible attitudes manifest their environment. They must also learn to apply their scientific knowledge to explain the physical world (eg, as guided by the stars). This competition will help to explain phenomena like day and night, the changing seasons ... and also scientific criteria explain the operation of the solar system and the sun, in addition to their interaction with the environment and humans.
DATA PROCESSING AND DIGITAL COMPETENCE
This area contributes to the processing of information through multiple activities of observation and description of reality, like registration and classification of information in different technological formats. Furthermore, in this area an introduction is made to the computer and its operation. And competition from sharing information.
SOCIAL AND CIVIC COMPETENCE.
Through active participation in discussions that take place in class discussions and sharings of different topics. In addition you will be helping children to appreciate and understand the social reality in which they live and that they know live in a tolerant and supportive with their environment.
COMPETITION FOR LEARNING TO LEARN
In this area different technique to select, organize, interpret and store information work. In addition, careful sequencing of learning activities proposed and abundant abstracts and different types of charts and graphic organizers offered. At the beginning of the units are given the opportunity to remember what you already know about the subject matter, to link new knowledge with the already acquired.
AUTONOMY AND PERSONAL INITIATIVE
In Knowledge of the environment, the multiple activities of application of knowledge and troubleshooting of daily life. Likewise, the way texts are written and activities allows students to do their work independently.

Session 10
Session 10
The last day the students will make an exam to check the knowledge and
skills that they have acquired during the nine previous lessons in relation to
"The Solar System". The children will do this exam on their own
computers, in a platform created by the teacher in which they will have to answer
the questions.
Session 9
SESSION 9
Planetarium Activity
In this session the students will go to the Science Park of Granada in order to see the planetarium.
There, students will be able to appreciate in a more realistic way how the universe is formed and its characteristics.
Session 8
We have also elaborated session 8.
Session 8
Initial activity
The first activity will help the teacher to know what exactly the students know about the black holes. The teacher will ask the students some questions about what a black hole is and how it is formed and every child will write all their answer in their own computer and them will appear on the digital blackboard. Then, the teacher will show the students a small fragment of the movie " The treasure planet" in which a black hole appears. After that the child will review what they have said before and check what was right and what was wrong. If it was necessary the teacher will explain them something about the black holes.
Development activity
After this first activity the teacher will ask the students to look for some photographs about black holes on the Internet. When they found some pictures they find interesting, they will send them to the teacher and they will appear on the digital blackboard. The teacher will select one of the pictures and with the help of different students they will point out the different parts of a black hole.
Final activity
Finally, the teacher will show the students some representation about what happens to the light when it comes closer to a black hole. It shows how the light changes its direction and can't escape from the gravity of the black hole.

Session 7
Session 7 EARTH MOVEMENT
- Initial activity: the teacher puts a video about the movement of large-scale land and children can have a general conception. After the video the teacher asks a question to the students so that they become involved in their own learning process. The questions are the following: Do you know why at 21:00 does it get dark ?, Why does the weather change ? The students intervene loudly respecting turn to speak.
- During the development of the class: in the platform of the subject, there is an application in which students can manipulate the movement of the earth and observe what happens when the earth moves around the sun and around itself. So they will understand the concepts of rotation and translation.
- Final activity: the teacher gives a brief explanation of the difference of seasons in different countries of the earth, for example: Australia, North America, South America, Finland... and children have to write in a word document what happened in Spain. The teacher also explains the seasons.
They will send it through Gmail to the teacher and he/she corrects the
activity.

Session 6
Session 6
THE EARTH
Activity:
In the first activity, the teacher will launch an initial question to their students: "What is the earth?" Quickly students in their laptops will seek information about this. Subsequently, the information will be shared with peers, putting in common and finally it has to be sent to the teacher´s email.
After the first activity, the teacher will project a video that reflects in general outlines the main features of the Earth, so that later the students with their laptops have to make a conceptual map showing the general ideas that can be extracted from the documentary video.
Finally, students with "Paint" program will make a drawing of the earth, looking at a model that teacher will project on the electronic display. After the activity, students will upload their image to the blog.
For this theme, we have selected several activities. In one of them, children have to draw a very simple picture of the earth using the program "Paint" in their computers. The teacher will provide them some images so they can use them as a model. Here we have the images:
Session 5
In this session, we are going to work with the Moon and the phases of the Moon.
Session 5
THE MOON AND PHASES OF THE MOON.
Activity
Initial
activity:
The
teacher will present images of the moon phases and will ask questions to
students to reflect about the subject. For example: Why sometimes can't we see
the moon? or invite students to predict how the moon will look like at different
times from a designated place, for example in the morning, at midday and at
night from the courtyard of the house.
During
the development of the class:
This
activity can be worked individually or in pairs. Students should go to the class
blog home page and click on "Movement and phases of the moon."
Each student have to work in the interactive page and the student that the teachers wants, has to complete the game in the digital white board.
In addition the
teacher will ask the students to send to the teacher´s email a word document with the features of the four
phases of the moon.
Final
activity:
The
teacher will project a video to their pupils. Then, the students should answer four questions related to
the video in order to evaluate the knowledge that the students have acquired.
They have to answer these questions in a word document provided by the teacher, and
then they will send it to the teacher´s email.
For it, we are going to use several resources like, for example, a video that we have found in YouTube that will help us to explain the phases of the Moon. Here it is the video:
